Dan has been a local since 1996! After proudly serving his country for six years in the Coast Guard, he earned his Bachelor's degree from the University of South Florida! During his active duty, Dan played a vital role in drug interdiction and oil spill response efforts, honing his skills and building a deep respect for teamwork and leadership. Dan's local knowledge and military experience makes him a valuable asset to our team. His dedication to community service helps see that he's always working to put our mission – help everyone – at the forefront. Dan isn't all work and no play though. When he's not putting customers first, you might find him out on the Gulf searching for monster fish, exploring the sky, or biking down old 98. He also enjoys long walks with his fur baby, a labradoodle named Lucina who loves pinecones.

Heather Jopling

Heather is a Niceville native and Niceville High School graduate who proudly serves the local community as a licensed Personal Lines Insurance Sales Representative. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from the University of West Florida, bringing a strong background in communication, strategy, and customer awareness to her work. Heather specializes in auto, homeowners, condo, renters, umbrella insurance and is known for making insurance easy to understand and stress-free. As a lifelong local, she understands the needs of local families and believes in building real, long-term relationships with customers through trust and clear guidance. She is also a proud mom of two boys—one at Ruckel Middle School who competes in cross country and track & field, and one at Bluewater Elementary School. Outside of work, Heather enjoys Latin dancing and spending time outdoors with her boys on local nature walks.

Ian Amador

Ian was originally born in Costa Rica but has been a proud Floridian since 2013. As a trilingual insurance professional speaking English, Spanish, and Portuguese, Ian brings both experience and a personal touch to every customer interaction. With five years in the insurance industry, he is passionate about helping families find the right protection and peace of mind. Ian’s dedication to serving others goes beyond insurance — he truly enjoys building relationships and helping see that customers feel confident about their coverage. When he’s not in the office, you’ll likely find Ian practicing martial arts, enjoying water sports, or exploring the outdoors with his family. From hiking and camping to fishing and discovering new adventures, Ian loves making the most of Florida’s natural beauty.

Lucas Mangers

A local resident for the past eight years, Lucas brings a hands-on background and a strong service mindset to his work. After spending three years in construction and home maintenance, he gained firsthand insight into how homes function and what it takes to protect them. He’s since transitioned into the insurance industry, where he’s spent the past year helping customers make informed, confident decisions. Lucas believes in always placing the customer's needs FIRST. Known for his honesty and dedication, he works hard to help see every customer feels supported and well taken care of. Outside of work, Lucas enjoys growing coral at home — a detail-oriented hobby that reflects his patience and care in everything he does.

Nicholas Beltran

Nicholas was born and raised in a small Colorado town where service and a strong work ethic are instilled at a young age. After playing junior college baseball at Colorado Northwestern Community College, Nick joined the Professional Golf tour of America, serving as an Assistant Golf Professional for four years. During this time, he specialized in private instruction and mastered high-standard golf operations. Now a resident of the Emerald Coast, Nick has transitioned into the insurance industry. He leverages his extensive background in teaching and customer service to elevate customer experience, helping see every individual is well-informed and thoroughly protected. Outside of the office, Nick remains an avid golfer and enjoys exploring the local area and discovering new dining spots with his friends and family.
